Denver's Homecoming

Friday evening we ventured up to Oakley in our sweet S-10 truck, sweated a little bit, but we made it. As we were driving a storm came through just as we were coming passed Deer Creek when lighting struck the mountain and started a fire, yes folks this is true. Luckily it wasn't to far from the Heber City Fire Dept. Anyhow the whole reason in going was because, it was Denny's Homecoming game (and to visit of course). He is a senior this year, and he played great! They won the game 35-7, a big yeeehaw for them. It wasn't long ago Denny was beating me and my friends up, those who had the opportunity to experience that with me can feel my pain. Den is one of my hero's in so many ways! Even though he is my little brother and full of metal{3 plates in his head & 2 plates in his knee with screws} I look up to him. He never gives up, and works hard to be the best, and that he is. We love you Den!

Poor Lundyn...

Well I don't have a picture, but I do have a story to tell. So Lundyn has a black eye(posted earlier) and then last night she fell off my bed. My bed is rather high so it would hurt if you fell off, but she didn't cry, she just said, "What the hell?" To my surprise I looked at her and said, "Well what are you doin?"I mean it's 6:30am, it's the first thing that came to mind! She got back on the bed and I felt her head and she had a huge goose egg. Not sure what she hit it on, but that happened at 6:30am, and we have been up since. Those of you who know me, I don't get up before 9 unless I have too. Lundyn is on her second coke of the day getting ready for school. Great way to start the day off!

Rythymm is 2 months!

Oh my, how time flies! Rythymm had her 2 month shots yesterday. I always hate that, but she has gained 3lbs since she was born and grown 2.5 inches. She is so much fun and we love her so much.

Lundyn's Eye....

So you can't really see the nice little black and blue eye she has, but I had to take a picture and share how it happened. Cole was making dinner and Lundyn always likes to help, well she was standing on a kitchen table chair and for some reason jumped to land on her bum like on the trampoline, and hit her eye on the edge of the counter top as she was coming down. Of course she cried, so today I asked her what happened and she told me she just didn't want to talk about it. So she has a small black eye.

Lundyn's First Day of School

Today was Lundyn's first day of school at Candy Cane Lane! She was so excited to wear her new princess back pack from Grandma Kymm, and she insisted on wearing her dress Aunt Myndie made her. She looked so cute, she was a little nervous at first, but she didn't cry like I wanted to! I can't believe she is 3 and going to pre-school. Where does time go?

This weekend we ventured on down to the Sand Dunes. We had a nice big camp. Us, Herbert's, Johnson's, Woffi's, Gillen's, Kaplar's, Hansen's, and Dean and Bobby Joe, all camped together, we had a little wind and some heat, and a lot of fun. It was the Gillen's first time joining us and I think they might be hooked. We had some mean card games, horse shoes, and marshmallow shooting, and of course four wheeling. We even had a movie night with the big screen out side. We didn't take a lot of pictures but we managed to get a few.

My Rythymm

Finally I took some better pictures of Rythymm, out of 42 pictures theses came out to be my favorites. She is now almost 7 weeks. I hate how fast they grow, it seems like just last week that I had her.
