Thanksgiving Day

We had a fabulous Thanksgiving! Besides me having a huge rip in my pants right in the but! We had to make a quick trip to Park City to purchase some new ones. It was so great to have the family together for this holiday, we had 27 people at my mom and dad's house. Lots of yummy food, and a lovely gingerbread making extravaganza.

Happy Thanksgiving! I love this holiday because I get to eat so much, and it all tastes so good! Not only that, we get to celebrate with all our family and friends. What a great holiday to celebrate all the things we get so caught up in with everyday life.

He's Back!!!!!

This evening we disturbed the slumber of "Blue Steel," he was put to sleep in May 2008 and will soon be revived! We are so excited to have him back. Those of you who are unaware of the tragedy of why he was put down to rest for 6 months, he started knocking on heavens door. We then decided to have him rebuilt to a bigger, better, stronger 427! (He originally was a 364.) Cole says "His little boy is all grown up now and we are happy to have him back!" Blue Steel was born in late 2000, and became part of our family in September 2003. He has been an awesome truck and we are overwhelmed with excitement to have him back!

On Saturday Flyerz Cheer Gym hosted there annual cheer leading competition. This year they honored Jaquell with a special award, The Spirit of Life Award. She was so excited. Our cousin Kerbi did a solo and dedicated it to Jaquell and also did a cheer in her name. Jaquell made the 9th grade cheer squade a few months before she found out about her brain tumor, and didn't get to participate. Everyone who knew Jaquell cried, including me. It was such a special moment for her and her family, she was grinning ear to ear.

Halloween!!!

Lundyn had so much fun on Halloween this year. She actually went trick or treating at neighbors houses (when before it was just grandma and grandpa's house) with her cousin Autymm. It was so cute, and I'm sad to see her getting so old so fast.

She chose to be a butterfly this year although she called herself Tinkerbell.

Our friends Tyler and Sheena had a Halloween party and it was a dress up one, as you can see Cole's choice in costume was lovely. Everyone got a kick out of it. We kind of expected everyone to dress up more, we did get a group picture but somehow I lost it. Posted above is a sneak peek of a few of us.
